Langholm Playcare Ltd is situated in the Langholm Community Centre. Within this building we have the use of two rooms throughout the day and the games hall every morning and  

Langholm Playcare Ltd has an invaluable secure outside area. Children are taken outside at every available opportunity all year round. There is no fixed equipment on this area which gives greater flexibility and varied play opportunities. Walks to the park and along the riverside are also encouraged. 

Langholm Playcare  Ltd also has access to a fabulous and much larger outside area known locally as ‘The Tennis Courts’. The large area has been divided into two. In the rear half the children have access to a garden area where they plant, grow and harvest their own crops as part of our Healthy Eating Programme. There is also an area designated for soft play and we are in the process of establishing an ‘Education Space’ where the children can sit under shade for outdoor activities and socialising. 

The second half of ‘the Tennis Courts’ has been covered in tarmac and provides an exciting facility for the children to develop their imagination and co-operation as they play on the large outdoor sit and ride toys as well as participate in team games and share the parachute. Amazing educational fun for all age groups who attend our facility.
