Ages 2 to 3

Staff encourage social interaction between children to help them develop. Within these activities children enjoy lots of messy play such as painting, water play, sand play and glueing.

Learning is gained daily through fun, songs, story time, expressive opportunities, outdoor play and physical activiites to develop fine and gross motor skills. Staff encourage independence and social interaction to develop relationships.

Snacks and drinks are provided both mid morning and afternoon. Children are encouraged to drink milk, and are offered water rather than juice as an alternative.

We serve lots of tasty healthy snacks that include a variety of fruit.

Activities include Painting & Sticking Fun with messy play Books to read Sit and ride toys Soft play area.

Parents are asked to provide the following items, clearly marked or labelled:

- Bottles & Milk

- Lunch in a lunch box

- Nappies/nappy sacks/wipes/cream

- Routine details

- Comforter e.g. dummy, blanket

- Change of clothes

- Sun screen and sun hat in summer

Please notify staff of any changes to routine. Food and bottles can be heated on the premises. We appreciate that potty training is a major step in your child's development and are therefore keen to help.
